About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Process Expert Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our BTS Finance Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving solutions within the Controlling and Profitability Analysis area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects and process enhancement initiatives to improve financial planning and reporting solutions
  • Develop and implement SAP solutions to support business objectives and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and pain points
  • Provide operational support and issue fixes for financial reporting and analysis
  • Communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Audit or Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree in SAP Consulting or SAP certification in S/4 HANA
  • Proven experience in multinational environments in IT Finance solutions
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and planning concepts
  • Experience in managing small to mid-size teams and leading projects
  • Proficiency in SAP modules, including CO-PA, PS/PPM, FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PC, PPM, and PS
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP BW and Fiori user experience
  • Knowledge of database structures and Microsoft Azure platform
  • Project management skills in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
