About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Process Expert Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our BTS Finance Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving solutions within the Controlling and Profitability Analysis area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects and process enhancements, running Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes.
  • Execute projects introduced after approved PoCs.
  • Research technology and identify the best IT solutions, focusing on SAP area but not limited.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate in Audit and/or certification in accounting.
  • Master in SAP Consulting/SAP certification - S/4 HANA.
  • Experience working in multinational environments in the IT Finance solutions area, FP&A.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, analysis, and planning concepts.
  • Experience in working in multinational environments in a similar position.
  • Understanding and provision of operational support, issue fixes, and enhancements.
  • Communication skills, with effective written and speaking communication skills in presenting complex data clearly.
  • Organizational/managerial skills, with experience in managing and being responsible for small/mid-size teams in different areas based on projects and assignments.
  • Knowledge of S4, SAP BW, BPC, (SAC and Group Reporting is a plus).
  • SAP functional consultant focused in CO-PA and PS/PPM areas (in S/4 HANA environment).
  • Proven experience in the following modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA, and CO-PC, PPM, and PS.
