About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Process Expert Manager to join our Finance Performance Team at JTI - Japan Tobacco International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and improving solutions within the BTS FINANCE PERFORMANCE area, with a special focus on Controlling and Profitability analysis area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and improve solutions within the BTS FINANCE PERFORMANCE area, with a special focus on Controlling and Profitability analysis area.
  • Participate in projects and process enhancement, run PoCs and prototypes.
  • Participate in the execution of the projects introduced after approved PoCs.
  • Research technology and look for the best IT solutions (focus on SAP area but not limited).
Requirements
  • Postgraduate in Audit and/or certification in accounting.
  • Master in SAP Consulting/SAP certification - S/4 HANA.
  • Experience in multinational environments in the IT Finance solutions area, FP&A.
  • Familiar with financial reporting, analysis, and planning concepts.
  • Experienced in working in multinational environments in a similar position.
  • Understands and can provide operational support issue fixes and enhancement.
  • Proven effective written and speaking communication skills in presenting complex data clearly.
  • Experience in managing and being responsible for small/mid-size teams in different areas based on projects and assignments.
  • Fluent English verbal and written.
Technical Requirements
  • SAP functional consultant focused in CO-PA and PS/PPM areas (in S/4 HANA environment).
  • Proven experience in the following modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCM, CO-OM, CO-PCA, CO-PA, and CO-PC, PPM, and PS.
  • General Controlling; Controlling Area, Operating concern, CO substitutions/validation, Real vs Statistical CO objects, Fiori user experience, and CO apps, and its integration with finance.
  • Experience in usage of parallel valuations in CO.
  • Good understanding of CO objects concept: real and statistical.
  • Cost/Overhead Management, Cost center accounting, Cost center cycles, Reporting, CDS Views.
  • Profitability Analysis Account based COPA, New characteristic introduction, Derivations, Attributed Profitability, Integration with FI/ACDOCA, Reporting, CDS views, work on custom enhancements.
  • Project Systems, WBS structures, Master data set-up incl. user fields, Substitutions/Validations, Budget control, WBS settlements, Integration with PPM (Portfolio Project Management).
  • SAP PS: Project system basic configuration (profiles, structure, UI, validations).
  • SAP BW: basic experience with BW reporting, functional specification creation in this area is a plus.
