Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Iberia to support our business strategy in Spain and Portugal. This role will focus on developing and delivering the people strategy, partnering with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought Leadership and Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders and various Centers of Excellence to develop the business strategy and corresponding HR strategy.
  • Talent Management and Staff Development: Partner with business leaders to provide coaching and develop strategies to proactively manage the retention and development of key talent, including current and future leadership talent.
  • Organization Diagnosis, Intervention Design, and Change Management: Advise and influence business leaders to ensure the organization is appropriately designed to achieve its strategic and operational business objectives.
  • Core HR Process Stewardship: Advise and influence site leaders to ensure that core HR processes are leveraged for behavior change with employees and influence the central HR COEs by providing perspectives and needs of the business group for consideration in developing programs and processes.
  • Deliver HR Essential Wins: Ensure essential goals are met, local HR programs are implemented, and relevant processes are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 10+ years of Human Resource experience in either HR Generalist or Specialist roles, preferably from a medium to large multinational company.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of employment law, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and/or organization development philosophy and practice along with HR professional ethics.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and Portuguese is preferable.
