**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Client Service Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our capabilities in client relationships, sales operations, and account management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to set the overall strategic agenda and execute on key initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in areas such as relationship excellence, account management, and proposal excellence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new offerings and tools to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and track progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful execution.

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in managing change in a global, complex, matrix organization.
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to package complex topics.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at senior levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • MBA and bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or engineering field.
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience with a strong preference for most of this in consulting; BCG consulting experience strongly preferred.
