Job Summary

Environmental Resources Management (Erm) is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work on exciting consulting opportunities both nationally and internationally.

About the Role

As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting health and safety audits and risk assessments
  • Developing and implementing process safety projects
  • Providing support in health and safety training programs
  • Assisting in the development of health and safety compliance registers
  • Collaborating with project managers and senior consultants to deliver high-quality services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational health and safety, process safety, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices, with a particular interest in process safety and fire safety
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential safety risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
