Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative for local volunteer moderators, fostering trust and engagement while resolving conflicts and facilitating solutions.
- Recruit, educate, and nurture a local network of moderators, content creators, and influencers.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Spanish market, identifying user and moderator challenges, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Innovate and refine the consumer growth strategy by identifying new opportunities and advocating for impactful initiatives.
- Communicate insights effectively to enhance the international consumer growth strategy.
- Identify effective channels for discovering and engaging with new communities.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving ambitious goals and outcomes.
- Analyze data, generate reports, and establish KPIs to drive impactful community initiatives.
- Collaborate across various departments including Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and Business Development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations management, community operations, or a related tech background.
- A balanced skill set in operations, growth strategies, project management, and community engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish culture, including current events and societal norms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data assessment and financial modeling.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for developing and managing independent projects, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with residency in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background in engineering or product development.
- Proficiency in SQL.
