We are seeking a highly skilled Presales & Implementation Consultant to join our Presales & Integration team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients (large global companies) to integrate goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Key Responsibilities- Integration Solutions: Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to design and implement integration solutions for clients.
- Technical Support: Provide expert advice and support to clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS, including Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc.).
- Project Management: Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and deployment.
- Troubleshooting: Support clients' internal and external teams in resolving technical issues related to integrations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Train other teams and coordinate information within the organization.
- Education: University Degree, preferably with a technical background.
- Experience: Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: English and Spanish level C1.
- Additional Languages: Other languages such as French, German, are valuable.
- LMS/LXP Experience: Experience with LMS or LXPs administration/integrations.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
- API Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of APIs, technical documentation, and coding are a plus.
