Job Title: Junior Presales & Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Presales & Implementation Consultant to join our Presales & Integration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in integrating goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to design integration solutions for clients.
  • Advise and support clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS, including Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
  • Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and deployment.
  • Support clients' internal and external teams in case of technical issues related to integrations.
  • Train other teams and coordinate information within the organization.
Requirements:
  • University degree, preferably with a technical background.
  • Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • English and Spanish level C1.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Other languages such as French, German, are valuable.
  • Experience with LMS or LXPs administration/integrations.
  • Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
  • Understanding and knowledge in APIs, technical documentation, and coding are a plus.
