We are seeking a highly skilled Presales & Implementation Consultant to join our Presales & Integration team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients (large global companies) to integrate goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their LMS and ATS solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to design integration solutions for clients
- Advise and support clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS, including SSO integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc.)
- Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and deployment
- Support clients' internal and external teams in case of technical issues related to integrations
- Train other teams and coordinate information within the organization
- University degree, preferably with a technical background
- Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- English and Spanish level C1
- Other languages such as French, German, are valuable
- Experience with LMS or LXPs administration/integrations
- Experience with technologies like SAML, OAuth, etc.
- Understanding and knowledge in APIs, technical documentation, and coding are a plus
