Your Future Role

As a Railway Spareparts Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with parts customers, from quotation to payment. You will work closely with teams across the business, dealing with assigned customer accounts and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct negotiations with customers independently and together with your manager, documenting all interactions.
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal departments to achieve sales offers.
  • Prepare all relevant tender documents for each customer, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement and collaborate on strategic sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Manage customer-oriented activities, including registration of offers, opportunities, and execution of follow-up activities.
  • Deliver high-quality services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support and follow-up of business, KPIs, and digital tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Degree in Technical Engineering, Market, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service department, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Previous experience working with final clients or customer support, with a strong focus on relationship-building.
  • Medium English level is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers.
  • Previous experience working with SAP, Office, and e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of digital tools.
  • Desirable knowledge of the railway industry, with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
