About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Railway Spareparts Bidding Specialist to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with parts customers, from quotation to payment, including master data management and preparation of key performance indicators.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations with customers independently and together with your manager and document them.
- Act as the interface between customers and internal departments to achieve sales offers.
- Prepare all relevant tender documents for each customer.
- Implement and collaborate on strategic sales targets.
- Manage customer-oriented activities.
- Register offers, opportunities, and execution and follow-up of the same.
- Deliver follow-up.
- Execute administrative support activities.
- Support and follow-up of Business, KPIs, and digital tools.
About You

- Degree in Technical Engineering, Market, Sales, or similar.
- 3 years of experience in a customer service department.
- Previous experience working with final clients or customer support.
- Medium English level is a must.
- Previous experience working with SAP, Office, and e-commerce platforms.
- Desirable knowledge of the railway industry.
