About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Spareparts Bidding Technician to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with parts customers, from quotation to payment, including master data management and key performance indicator preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct negotiations with customers independently and together with your manager, documenting all interactions.
  • Act as the interface between customers and internal departments to achieve sales offers.
  • Prepare all relevant tender documents for each customer.
  • Implement and collaborate on strategic sales targets.
  • Manage customer-oriented activities, including offer registration, opportunities, and execution.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Support and follow up on business, KPIs, and digital tools.
About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Technical Engineering, Market, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service department.
  • Previous experience working with final clients or customer support.
  • A medium English level is a must.
  • Previous experience working with SAP, Office, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Desirable knowledge of the railway industry.
