Railway Spareparts Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Railway Spareparts Bidding Technician to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with parts customers, from quotation to payment, including master data management and preparation of key performance indicators.
You will work closely with teams across the business, dealing with assigned customer accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of sales offers. Your expertise in negotiation, customer relationship management, and procurement will be essential in establishing winning strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct negotiations with customers independently and together with your manager, documenting all interactions.
- Act as the interface between customers and internal departments to achieve sales offers.
- Prepare all relevant tender documents for each customer, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Implement and collaborate on strategic sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Manage customer-oriented activities, including registration of offers, opportunities, and execution and follow-up.
- Deliver high-quality administrative support activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support and follow-up of Business, KPIs, and digital tools, driving continuous improvement.
We value passion and attitude over experience. If you have a degree in Technical Engineering, Market, Sales, or a similar field, and 3 years of experience in a customer service department, we encourage you to apply. Your medium English level is a must, and previous experience working with SAP, Office, and e-commerce platforms is desirable. Knowledge of the railway industry is a plus.
