Position Overview
The Supply Account Manager will be responsible for executing comprehensive Key Account and Client Management strategies aimed at enhancing and maintaining strong client partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) framework.
- Analyze the entire customer journey for CDMO, pinpointing strengths and opportunities for enhancement, while establishing governance to improve customer satisfaction.
- Foster a cultural shift within the organization to meet CMO business objectives and targets.
- Create a robust infrastructure to facilitate the Request for Quotation (RfQ) and Request for Proposal (RfP) processes in line with industry benchmarks.
- Enhance team capabilities to effectively support the CDMO operations.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to drive performance optimization.
- Lead and coordinate local stakeholders within the key account management operational framework, including Quality, supply chain, regulatory affairs, R&D, MS&T, finance, and production.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and our local manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure the maintenance of a profitable margin for the CMO operations.
- Strive for optimal operational efficiency and performance through ongoing improvements across the value chain of hospital products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on commercial and strategic planning.
- Previous experience in the CDMO pharmaceutical landscape is essential.
- Experience in the B2B pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Proven ability to organize, lead, and execute diverse assignments and action plans, with a focus on achieving results and managing complex projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the capability to guide a global organization.
- Executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills across various organizational levels.
- A successful track record in negotiations with clients.
