We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Thermal to enhance our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally address all assigned service requests during your shift.
  • Thoroughly understand and adhere to the procedures detailed in the Field Procedure Manual.
  • Execute all tasks safely, in line with established company safety protocols and local regulations.
  • Keep the dispatch center updated regarding your schedule and the status of ongoing tasks.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accountability of spare parts following established procedures.
  • Timely and accurately submit necessary paperwork, including debriefing on jobs performed at customer locations.
  • Maintain the integrity of customer and installed base databases by reporting discrepancies.
  • Identify and promote sales or service opportunities to the appropriate departments.
  • Proactively seek technical leads and service business prospects.
  • Serve as a key contact for major clients during emergencies and troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with your supervisor to support daily operational activities.
  • Be available for weekend and night shifts in accordance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma in Air Conditioning or Electrical Engineering.
  • Language Proficiency: Native in the local language; proficient in English.
  • Technical Skills: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical service role, specifically within the air conditioning equipment sector; proficient in computer usage; highly organized and capable of performing under pressure; adaptable to flexible working hours.
