Job Title: Sales Manager

Join our team at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 Bangkok as a Sales Manager, specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of event spaces and accommodations for corporate meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract MICE business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and F&B team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of MICE events.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific requirements of each MICE event.
  • Monitor competitors' MICE rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge.
