Job Description

Job Title: Country Manager Spain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Country Manager for Spain. As a key member of our Security Integration business, you will be responsible for managing our client's security projects in Spain, including project management, design support, integration, service, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of our client's security projects, including project management, design support, integration, service, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Direct role in managing our Local Service Partners (LSP) network and supporting the development of our Spain business and supply chain.
  • Implementation, design, and project management experience in security systems integration.
  • Access Control Systems experience.
  • CCTV Systems experience.
  • Intrusion Detection Systems experience.
  • IT Systems experience.
  • Spain ELV systems code/standards/compliance knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Spain supply chains/distribution/product manufacturers.
  • Good network of local sub-contractors (cable installers, conduit installers, installation technicians, etc.).
  • Ability to work individually, lead, and grow a resourceful problem solver.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of Security Systems Integration experience.
  • Implementation, design, and project management experience.
  • Engineering and Technical Skills (former Engineer that has transitioned from the field to project management operations management preferred).
