Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Agent for the Italian Market to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling technical queries over email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Analyse client situations to provide quick and effective solutions
  • Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
  • Organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements
  • Fluent level of Italian (spoken and written)
  • High level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: €19,500 gross per year
  • Performance bonus: up to €150 per month based on KP
  • 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar holidays per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 to 4 days per week at the office
  • 4 weeks of office-based full-time training
