We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Italian market.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the Italian market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via email and chat
  • Analyzing client situations to provide quick and efficient solutions
  • Identifying technical incidents and providing appropriate solutions
  • Offering positive and effective solutions to clients
  • Organizing product returns and exchanges
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written)
  • High level of English language skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to put yourself in the client's shoes and provide individual solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
