About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via email and chat
  • Analyze client situations to provide quick and efficient solutions
  • Identify technical incidents and provide effective solutions
  • Offer personalized solutions with a positive approach
  • Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements
  • Fluent Italian language skills (spoken and written)
  • High level of English language skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to put yourself in customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural team
  • Flexibility to adapt to new environments and procedures
What We Offer
  • Temporary contract with the possibility of extension
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week)
  • Competitive salary (€19,500 gross per year)
  • Performance bonus up to €150 gross per month
  • 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar holidays per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3-4 days/week at the office)
  • 4 weeks of office-based full-time training
