We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industry Solutions Expert to join our Solutions Assurance Team at MongoDB. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients and driving the adoption of MongoDB as an optimized platform for AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities- AI Integration Testing: You will be responsible for testing AI integrations and ensuring that they meet the required standards.
- Documentation and Communication: You will document and communicate best practices while working with our business partners on validating the integration of their software components with the MongoDB ecosystem.
- Integration Validation: You will work with our business partners to validate the integration of their software components with the MongoDB ecosystem, including security software, backup, GenAI, or IOT/MQTT.
- Results Documentation: You will document the results of the testing and develop best practices for this integration through quick notes and integration instructions.
- Account Success: You will partner with the rest of the Industry Solutions team to ensure success in accounts ranging from small startups to large enterprises.
- Integration Communication: You will communicate and assist about specific integrations with field and other parts of the organization.
- Team Support: You will proactively seek opportunities to support and mentor other team members and share best practices.
- Relevant Work Experience: You will have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the tech sector, or relevant technical experience in other sectors.
- Adaptability: You will have the ability and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new industries.
- Technical Skills: You will have scripting skills and programming skills with a solid understanding of operation layer architectures.
- Communication Skills: You will have a balance of technical knowledge as well as communication/presentation skills.
- Data Knowledge: You will have a foundational knowledge of data, data science, data analytics, and/or data engineering.
- Context Switching: You will have a diverse experience or interest to context switch between different environments and requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: You will have the ability to manage and work with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proactivity: You will be a pro-active, self-starter with the drive to learn new skills and become an expert in that field.
- Teamwork: You will have a strong sense of teamwork working towards a common goal with process-oriented skills.
- Master's Degree: You may have a Master's degree or equivalent work experience in the tech sector.
- Database Experience: You may have experience with databases and/or deploying applications with any of the major cloud providers or database vendors.
- Database Programming: You may have experience with database programming and data models.
- Integration Testing: You may have experience in integration testing with Postman, Selenium, SoapUI, Cucumber.
- DevOps Tools: You may have working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI, CircleCI, Github Actions, Bamboo, Docker.
- IaC Tools: You may have experience with Infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- MongoDB Certification: You may have a MongoDB Certification.
- Language Proficiency: You may have proficiency in more than one language.
