SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - GERMAN MARKET

Our company, Brainboxgroup, is a leading provider of HR software solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in the German market.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our sales pipeline in the German market. This will involve working closely with our Country Manager and Account Executives to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the German market
  • Work closely with the Country Manager and Account Executives to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the German market
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasts to the management team

Requirements:

  • Native or native-level German speaker
  • 1+ year of experience in sales at a SaaS-based company
  • Solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns
  • Ability to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, energetic, and goal-achieving individual
  • Ability to prioritize and switch focus quickly
  • Proactive and able to recognize new opportunities

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, and Excel
