**Job Summary**
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to assist with the implementation of our new technology platform, EMMA. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and guidance to our hotels during the implementation process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support and guidance to hotels during the implementation process
- Perform system configuration and data migration activities
- Manage risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and following up on resolutions
- Deliver excellent support in a client-facing environment, including front desk, F&B, and M&E departments
- Deliver on-the-job support to hotel staff and management
- Assist the Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
- Travel to hotels as required to implement the system change
- Ensure tasks related to the implementation of EMMA are completed efficiently and with quality
**Requirements:**
- Administration skills and highly organized
- Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
- Training experience preferred
- Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
- Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
- Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions
- Ability to create reports and a strong understanding of database principles
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- English and French as mandatory. Other languages would be a plus
- 30% travel (domestic and international)
