We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Site Manager to join our team at Quality And Intelligence Press Controls Ibérica, S. L. As a key member of our global installation and project management team, you will be responsible for the on-site installation and commissioning of our high-tech products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead on-site installation and commissioning activities to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality installations.
- Collaborate with our project managers and customers to align priorities and activities, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies for technical issues that may arise during installation and commissioning.
- Work independently and with precision, setting priorities and approaching tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our installation teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to complete installations efficiently.
- Conduct site assessments and develop installation plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Practical experience in Electronics/Mechatronics and an intermediate vocational education degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a site manager or willingness to grow to an experienced site manager.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Good problem-solving skills for technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and with precision.
- Capability to set priorities and approach tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
- Good knowledge of English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
- High motivation and dedication to deliver the project in time and within budget.
