Regional Market Practice Lead

This exciting opportunity is with Allianz Commercial, a leading global insurance company and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Regional Market Practice Lead, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Multinational portfolio in the Iberia region.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Distribution teams to deliver new business and communicate the Multinational value proposition externally to clients and brokers.
- Provide regional business and client feedback to inform the global multinational value proposition and product positioning.
- Oversee the regional pipeline for Multinational and steer business enquiry approach and positioning.
- Support regional Multinational Business Development working with Distribution.
- Develop regionally focused pitch presentations and marketing material.
- Ensure regional adoption of multinational service segmentation strategy and service model.
- Design and implement marketing and promotion campaigns, events, and involvement in multinational conferences.
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of insurance products, sales, and channel management, specifically in the Multinational segment. Experience in Underwriting is desirable. You'll have excellent relationship building skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and be an accomplished communicator.
