- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, with a third language being highly advantageous.
