Position Overview

As a Senior Associate in Security Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing security configurations and conducting thorough process evaluations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to functional support teams in diagnosing authorization challenges and documenting security specifications for role design and modification.
  • Engaging in collaborative discussions to establish essential standards and guidelines for the implementation of security policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Coordinating with various teams to collect vital information regarding key roles and responsibilities.
  • Developing comprehensive SAP Security blueprints and role matrices while offering guidance on role development activities.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and experience with at least two compliance tools such as GRC and CSI.
  • Experience in both Internal and External audit compliance.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors ECP and EC.
  • Ability to comprehend and construct role matrices and Segregation of Duties (SOD) matrices.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Proven experience in gathering information from business users and providing role concepts and design structures.
  • Experience working with Central User Administration (CUA) systems.
  • Capability to mentor team members on critical issues and processes.
