As a Senior Security Risk Management Associate at Alight, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. This position requires a strong understanding of security principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and implementation of security policies and procedures to protect SAP systems and data.
- Collaborate with functional support teams to diagnose and resolve authorization issues.
- Document security details for role design and modification procedures.
- Participate in discussions to establish key standards and guidelines for implementing security policies and procedures.
- Prepare SAP Security blueprints and provide guidance to role development activities.
- Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with compliance tools such as GRC and CSI.
- Experience in internal/external audit compliance.
- Knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors ECP and EC.
- Ability to understand and create role matrices and SOD matrices.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
