The Product Owner will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by leading the development of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer experiences to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ROI models and articulate the value proposition of new product features.
- Program / Solution Support:
- Participate in defining the product vision and roadmap, maintaining the product backlog, and prioritizing needs based on business value.
- Support the delivery of product initiatives from conception through implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives within time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior product owners, business process owners, and various business stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with agile teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to ensure that the product vision is clearly understood and implemented effectively.
- Support the Business Solution Owners in managing product rollouts and ensuring that all aspects of the program are integrated and functioning as intended.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with various stakeholder groups to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and ensure clear communication of product features and benefits.
- Provide updates to stakeholders on product development progress and challenges.
- Operations & Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in the continuous review and improvement of the product by gathering and prioritizing product feedback and changes.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective support workflows and adherence to SLAs, focusing on holistic incident and problem management.
- Data Management:
- Assist in shaping the information architecture in collaboration with IT and business architects, ensuring simplicity and end-to-end interoperability.
