Job Summary:
We are looking for a transformational leader with a strong background in the automotive industry to drive our business forward. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a plant, making strategic decisions, and leading a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process and the ramp-up of new production lines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and motivate the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Drive cultural change and implement best practices within the organization.
- Make strategic decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managing role, such as a Plant Manager or Business Unit Head.
- Proven track record of success in the automotive industry or similar industries.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions quickly.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
