Position Overview
ROLE
As a pivotal figure in our retail environment, you will champion brand loyalty and customer engagement to achieve our business objectives. Your role will involve identifying, attracting, and nurturing talent while ensuring adherence to directives from Headquarters and fostering a vibrant store culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate the professional development and training of team members through a supportive coaching methodology. Establish specific quantitative and qualitative targets and ensure their successful attainment. Assess performance metrics regularly, including daily, weekly, and monthly activities, while conducting annual evaluations of KPIs. Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor. Maintain a strong focus on enhancing customer experience and loyalty. Oversee inventory management processes, collaborating with Back Office Operations to optimize inventory outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal standards, sustainability practices, HR policies, and stock organization. Uphold the qualitative standards that our brand demands.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Extensive experience in luxury retail or high-end goods sales. 4 to 6 years of proven success in a managerial role within retail. Experience leading a team of at least 10 individuals. Traits such as adaptability, openness, willingness to take risks, dynamism, strong listening skills, and curiosity are essential. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
