Department: Retail

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

PEOPLE
- Collaborate as a member of the Jet Set Team, providing assistance to colleagues throughout the store.
- Take ownership of personal self-evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador.
- Adhere to image and grooming standards as per brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the management team on sales tactics, product expertise, brand standards, and service.
- Practice and exemplify company behaviors, ensuring effective utilization of the behavior toolkit.

SERVICE
- Set an example as a Jet Set Ambassador to deliver outstanding customer experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication through clienteling applications.
- Proactively manage the client database and leverage information to enhance sales.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and serve as a commendable role model.
- Foster effective communication with the management team to improve store performance.

SALES
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives, taking responsibility for the results.
- Utilize Product Knowledge resources to become a Selling Expert, advising customers with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Understand business outcomes and identify opportunities to drive sales.

Operations
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
- Implement visual merchandising standards according to established guidelines, emphasizing the significance of technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement.

Job Requirements:
- Passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Collaborative mindset to inspire fellow team members towards achieving objectives.
- Proficient in technology, with the capability to utilize it effectively to enhance sales and customer experience.
- Proficiency in English preferred, along with strong communication skills.
