Job Summary

The Hollister Co. Store Leader is a key member of our retail team, responsible for driving business results and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you will be responsible for training and developing a team of associates, ensuring operational tasks and procedures are successful, and maintaining a high level of store presentation and sales floor supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with associates, management, and customers
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to management
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision
    • Ensure store appearance and presentation meet company standards
    • Supervise sales floor activities and ensure a high level of sales performance
  • Asset Protection
    • Implement and maintain asset protection policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report any asset protection issues
  • Policies and Procedures Adherence
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report any non-compliance issues

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least one year of retail management experience
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to train and develop associates
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
