**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced International Service Team Leader to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Underwriting Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-7 employees and overseeing the implementation of Wording Operations activities and Property Prime & CABT programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Underwriting Operations team, including developing and maintaining a high-performing team, training new joiners, and ensuring backup and succession planning are in place.
- Maintain strong communication with central UW teams for Financial Lines, Property, and CABT to ensure excellent service delivery and meet stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to support project activities related to IPZ Transformation programs.
- Participate in and co-lead IPZ Transformation projects, such as Wording Digitalization and Product roll-out in Neo.
- Develop and maintain fluent interaction with the Digital Center of Excellence and Financial Lines Program Implementation managers to support the delivery of digital solutions and update FL Guidelines.
- Define and describe the activities performed by the team, manage and record them, define SLAs with stakeholders, and ensure alignment across Lines of Business.
- Deliver optimal service to customers in Prime and CABT, ensuring SLAs are met, and follow up on escalations to ensure excellent delivery within the network.
- Ensure data quality in global systems.
