About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud ERP Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4 Nv. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Engage in the sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team.
  • Quality ERP Customer Solutions: Implement quality ERP customer solutions that will meet design and strategic objectives focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
  • Workshops and Requirements: Lead and participate in workshops, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities for customer success.
  • Customer Solution Reviews: Support customer solution reviews and customer health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint.
  • Upgrade and Migration: Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
  • Product Enhancements: Stay relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing this knowledge both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Work with senior consultants using your expertise to identify improvements to models and functionality.
Requirements
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
  • Excited about technology-enabled change.
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter, with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline.
  • Background/experience in Finance/Management/IT is considered a bonus.
