As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer solutions and driving business growth through the implementation of our cloud-based ERP technology.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding
- Engage with the sales team and project stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers and project onboarding
- Implement ERP solutions that meet customer design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs
- Lead and participate in workshops to prioritize customer requirements and identify opportunities for success
- Deliver approved customer solutions using templates and best practices
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget requirements
- Support customer solution reviews and health checks to identify opportunities for growth
- Product Enhancements and New Technologies
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and best practices, sharing knowledge internally and externally
- Work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality
- Embrace continuous learning and enhance knowledge in new areas
- Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
- Excited about technology-enabled change
- Strong business analysis skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Background or experience in Finance, Management, or IT is a plus
