About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Unit4. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering customer solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding
    • Engage with the sales team and project stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers and onboarding processes.
    • Implement high-quality ERP solutions that meet customer design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
    • Lead and participate in workshops to prioritize customer requirements and identify opportunities for success.
    • Deliver approved customer solutions using templates and best practices.
    • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Post-Go-Live and Existing Customer Engagements
    • Support customer solution reviews and health checks to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
  • Product Enhancements and New Technologies
    • Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and best practices, sharing knowledge internally and externally.
    • Work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality.
    • Embrace continuous learning and enhance knowledge in new areas.
    Requirements
    • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
    • Passion for technology-enabled change.
    • Strong business analysis skills with attention to detail.
    • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure.
    • Background or experience in Finance, Management, or IT is a plus.
