Job Title: Junior Functional Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Functional Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ERP solutions to our customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Engage with customers to understand their business needs and develop a deep understanding of their operations.
  • ERP Implementation: Collaborate with project teams to design and implement ERP solutions that meet customer requirements, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
  • Workshops and Training: Participate in workshops and training sessions to ensure customers are equipped to use the ERP system effectively.
  • Project Management: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Background or experience in Finance, Management, or IT is considered a bonus.
