Job Title: Service Desk Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Lead Engineer to join our global Technology team. This is a challenging and fast-paced environment that offers opportunities to influence and grow the technology area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership to drive consistency and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement IT-Operations processes to ensure technical assurance in significant projects.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skill set and increase knowledge.
  • Measure and drive delivery and quality improvements through the capture and analysis of metrics.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to produce and maintain standards, guidelines, and pattern catalogues.
