About the Role

Sportserve, a leading provider of sports betting and B2B sportsbook technology, is seeking a highly skilled Lead Delivery Engineer to join its global team in Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Delivery Engineering team to automate and enhance existing processes, reducing time to delivery while ensuring stability, resilience, and scale of services.
  • Work alongside all areas of technology to ensure technical solutions are aligned across teams, delivering value to customers and ensuring consistent monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Build capability and mature operational ways of working across multiple cross-functional teams, focusing on technical excellence and a high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of leadership in complex, cross-company projects to deliver operational improvements.
  • Strong engineering background acquired during a previous hands-on development role.
  • Managerial and leadership skills, able to motivate and lead personal development plans for employees.
  • Driving change and handling difficult situations.
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of changes introduced.
  • Strong command of the English language - written and spoken.
