Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Lead Engineer to join our Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting our Enterprise Service Desk Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical services.
  • Develop and implement IT operations processes to improve incident, problem, and change management.
  • Work closely with technology teams to produce and maintain standards, guidelines, and pattern catalogs.
  • Participate in post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting open exchange of ideas and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Service Delivery, Incident Management, Change, and Problem Management processes.
  • Experience in ITIL methodologies, end-to-end support, and related practices.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead personal development plans for employees.
  • Ability to drive change and handle difficult situations, with a proven track record of demonstrating the value of changes introduced.
