About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Delivery Engineer to join our global team in Technology. As a Lead Delivery Engineer, you will be responsible for building and leading the Delivery Engineering team to automate and enhance existing processes, ensuring the stability, resilience, and scale of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team's engineers and ensure their professional growth, well-being, and job efficiency.
  • Provide technical oversight for important projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical outputs involving multiple teams and/or technologies.
  • Ensure all team members participate in every step of the application software development lifecycle, including product design, development, testing, and transition into operation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to improve their skillset, increase knowledge, and set the benchmark of quality and precision engineering.
  • Oversee the implementation of service transition and change and release process changes, ensuring that processes are reviewed and improved with focus on optimisation.
  • Work with technology teams to produce and maintain standards, guidelines, and pattern catalogue.

  • Strong technical expertise in software development and engineering.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
