Business Insights Manager

At Timetogrow, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key performance metrics.
- Strategic Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data and analytics strategies. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial initiatives.
- Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and utilization to drive sales and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with IT to implement CRM enhancements as needed.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to commercial process improvements. Ensure buy-in and adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Studies in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Data Science or similar.
- Experience: 5 years experience in the related area as individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience will be valued.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
- Soft skills: global vision and able to anticipate business needs, results-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills. Open-minded, curiosity, and good communication skills. Used to lead through ambiguity and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Functional Skills: Ability to simplify complex analyses and to turn into actionable insights, experience and proven track record in mastering data visualization tools such as PowerBI, knowledge and experience in mining and combining syndicated panels such as Nielsen, Circana, Europanel, Euromonitor or Global Data.
