Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our Process Solution area. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and driving automation coverage in our software development teams.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for all products within the Process Solution area.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using existing frameworks and tools.
- Integrate test executions into our CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive the adoption of automated testing and foster a proactive shift-left mindset within our agile teams.
- Profound experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation within an agile product development environment.
- Motivation to encourage and accompany change.
- Structured, analytical work attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Strong communicator & facilitator – you bring people together to achieve a joined goal.
- English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language. Any additional language is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud and Serverless technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks and methodologies (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber).
- Proficiency in API testing.
- Proficiency with tools like Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler.
- SQL server knowledge.
- Experience with XML related technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Unit test and code coverage experience welcomed.
- Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
- Unlimited contracts with a six-month probation period.
- Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
