Key Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product and Growth team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and managing rewards for our global customer base via our mobile app.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sourcing suppliers of rewards and optimizing the rewards platform, including integration and processes
  • Optimizing procurement and supplier management processes
  • Working across functions and geographies to secure stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Working on other strategic projects across LiveWell and within Operations

Your Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in project management, rewards sourcing, and procurement for mobile apps, web, and/or SAAS offerings. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related fields with a passion for health and wellbeing
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on rewards, sourcing, and procurement
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong English communication and execution skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams
