Senior HRBP for Iberia

Welcome to Thefork, where we're passionate about bringing people together and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and growth. As a Senior HRBP for Iberia, you'll play a key role in leading our HR mission and ensuring our passionate community of Forkies thrives in their careers and lives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a focus on Global Operations
  • Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges
  • Set Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and ED&I strategy in motion through collaboration with the HR community
  • Proactively contribute to optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives
  • Be the ambassador for Thefork's organizational culture, partnering with business units to drive engagement focus
  • Support leaders and their teams in fostering ED&I, modeling inclusive behaviors and assessing for bias
  • Closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders
  • Deliver annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, and Engagement
  • Use HR data to identify trends and insights, making informed recommendations
  • Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy

Profile and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, development, and engagement.
