Job Overview

Objective:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our technical team, focusing on the installation of probes at client locations, along with the necessary training and technical support.

Main Responsibilities:

Installation of probes for machine tools at client sites. Conducting technical training sessions for clients. Providing technical support and assistance to clients. Developing applications and executing software demonstrations. Managing technical support cases and corresponding reporting in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Preferably a Technical or Higher Engineering degree (ideally in Mechanical or Electronic fields). Relevant vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or Electronics is a plus. Specific training in the field is advantageous. A self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a clear results-oriented approach. Customer-oriented mindset. Proactive, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adaptable, and capable of fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. Experience in the installation of probes for machine tools. Knowledge of operating and programming Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Siemens controls. Familiarity with PLC programming and machine parameters is valued. Fluent in Spanish, with proficient English skills (both spoken and written). A good level of Portuguese is desirable. Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally to other regions.

Full-time working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM (30 minutes for lunch); Friday from 7:45 AM to 1:45 PM. Company vehicle provided.
