About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and expansion of our logistics business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify cost optimization opportunities by analyzing Amazon Logistic metrics and linking operations and financials.
  2. Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic decisions, promoting business improvements and cost reductions.
  3. Communicate data effectively to drive critical business actions.
  4. Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging operational plan.
  5. Hire, develop, and mentor peers and team members.

Requirements
  1. Degree in a relevant field.

  3. Ability to effectively communicate.
  4. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

  2. Willingness to support unpopular opinions if they benefit the customer.
  3. Ability to manage and prioritize workload and work towards multiple deadlines.
  4. Demonstrated business acumen while influencing and managing cross-functional relationships.
