About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's SEU AMZL Finance Team as a Senior Financial Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rapidly expanding business of Amazon Logistics (AMZL).

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Amazon Logistic metrics to identify cost-out opportunities by linking up operations and financials.
  • Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions, promoting business improvements and cost reductions.
  • Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, driving critical business actions.
  • Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
  • Supervise and own the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan.
  • Supervise and own all Month-end procedures, including accruals and variance analysis between scenarios (actuals, Plan, Forecast).
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
